Hotel Reception

The reception of our hotel is open 24 hours, and there is always staff ready to help you with anything they can.

The reception is located on the second floor of the hotel and it can be accessed by using the lift/ elevator. The second floor has also two big TV screens, heaters and air conditioners, a toilet; apart from chairs and tables where one can rest, work, and enjoy breakfast in the mornings.

 

Check-in starts at 3pm (15:00), however, it is also possible to check-in until 3am (03:00 of the next day). Check-out is possible until 10am. Also, if you would like to extend your stay, it is also possible to do it until 12am (12:00), by paying an extra fee of 1000 yen per hour.

Besides, at our hotel check-in and check-out are performed by using a machine designed for it. By using this machine, check-in and check-out procedures are being made easier and faster, ensuring the required distance between the customer and the hotel staff, and helping to avoid the spread of the COVID-19.

Regarding the services available at reception, there are two vending machines that offer drinks, two washing machines and two dryers (for a price of 100 yen per wash and 30-50 yen if you want to buy soap or softener), a microwave, a toaster, 24-hour free coffee service (provided by Costa coffee), free breakfast service (including bread, butter rolls, butter, and marmalade), mobile adapter rental (with a deposit of 1000 yen as a guarantee), print service, smoking area, private working room (does not require a reservation and does not have any additional cost), and an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).

Our hotel also complies with the regulations to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 and to maintain the hotel clean at all time. That is why we always take the temperature of the customers upon their arrival, have several alcohol hand sanitizers distributed on the reception desks, maintain the reception hall and all the corridors well ventilated, clean and disinfect every day all rooms that have been used, and all of our staff use protection masks.
